On this site, the University Commencement Committee provides guidance, information, and direction to enable degree candidates to successfully navigate the path to commencement–a celebration ceremony for students projected to complete all graduation requirements by the end of the semester.
To be eligible to participate in the Morgan State University Commencement exercises, degree candidates must meet ALL degree requirements.
