Student Commencement Information
Commencement Portraits
Due to COVD19 restrictions, there will not be a portrait photographer on campus to take photos. Students are asked to visit their local photographer or photo studio for their Commencement pictures.
Commencement Photography
The University partners with a photography company that specializes in graduations and commencement ceremonies at academic institutions throughout North America. GradImages captures images of MSU graduates as students cross the stage and after they’ve exited the stage. These individual photographs are available directly from GradImages.
If a recent MSU graduate has not received an email communication from GradImages regarding Commencement photos, they may go to Gradimages.com, enter their information on the main homepage (pictured below), and then click “find my photos.” They can also contact the GradImages Customer Service Department directly at 800-261-2576 (United States) or 850-907-2740 (worldwide) for any additional information or assistance.

- The website will open for Bachelor degree and Master’s degree regalia on April 2.
- You can order your PhD regalia and purchase your BA and MA regalia in the store on March 31 and April 1.
- Doctoral candidates can order their regalia between now and April 1, on the vendor website, morgan.shopoakhalli.com

Cost of Regalia
- Bachelor Regalia cost: $150.98
- Masters Regalia cost: $130.98
- Doctoral Regalia cost: $1199.98 + shipping
Please allow 6 weeks to process. Last day to order Doctoral Regalia is April 1.
Students participating in the Spring 2021 ceremonies will be able to purchase their regalia in early Spring either online morgan.shopoakhalli.com or from the Morgan University Bookstore.
Doctoral Measurement and Regalia Distribution Event
The Bookstore will host a “Doctoral Measurement and Regalia Distribution Event” on March 31 and April 1. The vendor representative will be on campus to measure for Doctoral Regalia. The hours for Doctoral measurements will be from 8:00 am -9:45 and 5:00 pm-7:00 pm, both Wednesday and Thursday.
Bachelor and Master Candidates can purchase (and pick up) their regalia between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:40 pm (each day).
